If you're excited about AI and the impact it can have within agency life then you'll feel right at home at Claxon.About the roleThe position of Client Service Director is a key position within the agency responsible for leading and managing the existing Client Service team of 3 whilst directly managing 2-4 key clients yourself.
You'll be responsible for the performance and profitability of the entire client portfolio and will have a north star of ensuring that all clients are happy and satisfied.You'll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Digital Director, Associate Client Services Director, and Chief Growth Officer.
This is a great opportunity to play a critical part in our growth and expansion as an agency and you'll be part of the agency's leadership team.This is a fulltime WFH role with regular trips to Claxon HQ on the Gold Coast.A huge benefit of being a Claxonite is that we work a 4 day work week, with all team members working their standard 38 hour week Monday - Thursday, meaning that we're closed on Fridays.

This is a huge benefit not only to our team but to our clients.In addition you'll also enjoy Flextime, allowing you flexible start and finish times, and an extra 1 weeks annual leave per year for your professional development.About youYou're an experienced client service professional with a minimum of 7 years agency experience within the CS function.You're extremely commercially minded, and are completely comfortable having hard conversations where required, whether that's holding clients or the internal team accountable.You're confident and unshakeable, completely at home with dealing with clients at a C-Suite / Board Level.You bring a minimum of 3 years as a Client Services Director (or equivalent) within an agency environment leading a team.You have at least 2 years of HoldCo / Network Agency experience in a senior CS role (preferred but not essential).You have a genuine drive to provide a world-class client experience and feel at home within a fast-paced agency environment.You desire the ability to have real impact within your role, both client facing and internally, but in addition you seek an opportunity to have impact across the entire business as a leader.You love the idea of working in an ultra collaborative environment where you play and win as a team.You have exceptional client communication and relationship management skills and are extremely comfortable at the most senior levels.You're a master at setting and then managing client expectations and escalation management comes second nature.You have experience in working with creative, media and strategy teams, have a strong understanding of how it all fits together.You're passionate about growing revenue for our clients and are always looking for ways to both deepen and widen the relationship.You long to be part of a high performance team culture and the chance to be surrounded by other A-Players.Lastly but most importantly, is attitude.
