The Client Since 1981, Malaysian brand Marry brown has grown to be one of the world's largest Halal fast-food chains serving millions of customers in over 500 outlets across 16 countries including Malaysia, Sweden, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, India, Maldives, Africa, and the Middle East.
Year after year, the brand continues to achieve worldwide success in delivering great value products and exceptional quality service to customers as well as franchise partners.
The Role They are seeking a Fast Food Manager to oversee daily operations in their busy Melbourne CBD outlet, ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently and meets sales and profitability targets.
This role is a full-time position with an annual salary set between $80,000 to $90,000 depending on experience plus superannuation.
Responsibilities Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth service flow.Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, managing inventory control efficiently.Control selection, training, and supervision of staff.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, friendly, and accurate service.Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, providing effective solutions.Ensure the restaurant layout, seating, and presentation align with brand and hygiene standards.Plan and implement promotions and menu displays to attract customers.Adhere to health, safety, and food handling regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.Conduct routine audits of operations, inventory, and equipment maintenance.Requirements Diploma or higher in Hospitality.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial role.Minimum of 1 year experience in multi-outlet retail or service industry experience.Minimum of 1 year people management experience.Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales and financial reporting.Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
