As a Senior Solution Architect, you will act as a technical resource to help our sales team qualify and close new business.
You will assist in driving the pre-sales process while also being an advocate for the post-sales teams.
You will report to the Manager, Customer Solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Account Executives with technically qualifying new sales opportunitiesProvide pre-sales engineering support to account teams and lead solution discovery discussions with our clients and partnersBuild and deliver custom product demonstrations which focus on key business drivers and functional requirements for potential customersDesign custom Deputy solutions based on enterprise and mid-market clients' business priorities and technical capabilitiesAct as the primary contributor to the development of Statement of Work documentation for prospects within the pre-sales stream.Participation within the RFP process, leading for minor bids, supporting major bids, driving content development, revisions and final submission.Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the Sales team at all levels, ensuring that confidence is established.Work closely with Product, Compliance, and Support to ensure customer feedback is channeled appropriatelySkills & Experience5+ years in Sales/Partner Engineering or Solutions Consulting roleExceptional communication abilities with excellent sales instinctsExperience selling software solutions into complex environments; workforce management experience is a plus.Keen technical mind comfortable writing scripts in at least one programming languageProven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently and drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detailEmployee PerksOwnership in the company via Share OptionsPaternity/Maternity Leave PoliciesFlexible Remote-First Work PolicyCompany wide Development & CoachingHackathonsAwards - "Your Time to Shine & Celebrate Success"Social Events & variety of social clubs (Books, LGBT, Games, Sports)Mental Health SupportMunch & LearnsDeputy believes in equal opportunity and that inclusiveness and diversity promotes innovation.
