From FX and CFDs to precious metals, master an exciting world of wealth management tools.ResponsibilitiesPrimary duties will include:Supporting our Mandarin-speaking clients with account and platform inquiriesExecuting trades over the phoneConduct trade investigationsGenerate trade reports and statistics for clients and managementDeliver solution-focused service in all aspects of the customer experienceAdapt to changes in regulations and policies/proceduresApplicants need to be available to work in different shifts/ public holidays per request.Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment by assisting clients and delivering solution-focused results.Desire to learn and utilize new concepts related to industry licensing, regulations, policies/procedures, and available programs/servicesExcellent consultative, rapport-building, listening, and communication skillsAlways demonstrate a positive and professional imageQualificationsTo land this role you will need:Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timelinesExcellent listening, written, and verbal communication skillsFinancial services experience is preferable, especially in FX and CFDs, however on-site training is providedClient service experience will be highly advantageousA degree or working towards a degree in a relevant field.
Exceptional candidates without a degree may still be considered provided they have related skills and experienceNative Mandarin speakers, proficient in written Mandarin#LI-Hybrid #LI-KV1
