In this key leadership role, you'll have overarching responsibility for a team of Specialist Account Managers that are driving the performance of our Vaccines and Immunology business.
You'll be responsible for the continuous development of our high-performing sales team through the creation of a strategy and aligned structured planning.You'll:Work with your team to drive an omni-channel approach to engaging with customersDevelop and execute a cross-functional business plan aligned to brand strategyDrive a culture of sales excellence and continuous improvementKeep up to speed on developments in the respective therapeutic areasBuild strong relationships with cross-functional partners; regulatory, medical, and market access.About you?To be successful, you'll be an experienced sales leader within the pharmaceutical and/or medical space, with experience in tactical implementation of brand strategy executed through an aligned team.You'll also possess:A tertiary degree in Business, Science, Biomedical or EducationExcellent business acumen with strong business planning capabilitiesEffective coaching skills with a passion for developing peopleKey understanding of driving sales growth through excellent sales team executionExcellent business partnering, influencing skills and ability to work across boundaries with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholdersWhy join us?At GSK, we challenge ourselves to get Ahead Together – to make a positive impact on global health; for growth; in an environment where people can thrive.
