The role & about you We're on the lookout for a dynamic Service Delivery Manager who is passionate about providing exceptional service and building strong, lasting client relationships.This is your opportunity to be part of a growing team in Melbourne, Airport West, with a long-term career path and a supportive, safety-first culture.You thrive on taking initiative, enjoy solving problems, and are naturally skilled at building relationships.You are comfortable in business development activities, actively seeking new client connections and opportunities.If you're excited to grow within a team that supports and challenges each other, you'll feel right at home with us.What you'll be doing: Client Relationships: Own a client portfolio, working across sectors like Commercial, Health, Government, and Data Centres.Solutions-Oriented: Tackle challenges head-on, providing effective solutions for clients.Leadership: Direct and support tradespeople and apprentices on-site, including labor allocation and scheduling.Business Growth: Expand our client base by identifying and developing new opportunities.Technical Expertise: Manage electrical maintenance, installations, EV charging, data works, and more.Safety Commitment: Drive a proactive safety culture with regular audits.Mentorship: Guide and develop tradespeople and apprentices, sharing your knowledge and expertise.Reporting and Compliance: Maintain clear communication with clients, read and adhere to contracts and KPIs, and handle reporting.What you'll bring: 5+ years in a Service Delivery or similar management role, with experience leading tradespeople.Must have a valid Victorian A Grade electrical, data, open cabling, and driver's licence.Strong communication and networking skills, along with business development experience.Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Teams) and job management systems.A knack for problem-solving, detail-oriented organisation, and staying calm under pressure.Flexibility: Once you're up and running, enjoy a work-from-home day each week.Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, plus an attractive car allowance.Phone and IT Systems provided.Culture & Development: We prioritise a safe, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment.
