You will be responsible for supporting all IT systems across the group.
Excellent communication and a high calibre of troubleshooting skills are essential.This position will be based from our Corporate Office in the Sydney CBD. Getting to know the role and your responsibilitiesSupport for all IT systems in the corporate office and hotels and resorts across the groupTaking ownership of assigned support to ensure proper resolution and completion of all tasks to the customer's satisfactionRecording all Service Desk support jobs and resolutionsEffective planning of Service Desk tasks to ensure correct prioritisation of jobsMaintain strong technical competence across all IT systems (hardware and software) supported by the Service DeskProvide basic training in software used by AccorWhat we need from youThe successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the following:
Telecommunications productsIT hardwareMicrosoft Operating SystemsMicrosoft Office packagesTertiary qualifications/Microsoft Certifications will be highly regarded for this position but are not essential.
