This plan signifies our continued dedication to developing respectful relationships, enhancing cultural awareness, and creating opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.We have a new opportunity to lead the implementation of Catholic Healthcare's Mission Strategic Plan (MISP) with a particular focus on the Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
Reporting to and working in collaboration with the Chief of Mission Integration and other key internal and external stakeholders, your role will be to lead, operationalise and coordinate the implementation of the RAP Plan to build CHL engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, communities and organisations.You will lead the RAP Working Group (RWG) to ensure members are supported and Reflect RAP deliverables and deadlines are met.
Additionally, you will identify and respond to RAP partner priorities in a proactive and resident/client focused way.Your ability to actively build and maintain strong relationships, provide relevant resources to managers and employees across the service areas that strengthen Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander relationships will aid your success in this integral position.We encourage applications from Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander descent, though this is not essential.
