You will be responsible for:
End to end recruitment for trade-based roles.Liaising and supporting with the hiring manager throughout the selection and interview processWriting job advertisementsShortlisting resumesPhone screening, scheduling and conducting interviewsPro-active candidate sourcing through talent search, Seek, social media, referrals etc.About You Be passionate about candidate careStrong attention to detailHave a confident and professional phone mannerOutstanding verbal and written communicationsAbility to work under pressure and prioritise workWork collaboratively in a team environmentPrevious experience in end to end recruitment – selection, screening and qualifying candidatesPrioritising and managing timeframes and deadlinesPrevious industry experience, high volume based recruitmentExperience using PageUp would be an advantage but not essentialEnthusiastic and want to be part of a fun, energetic and growing teamWhy Join Us?
