Our team are focused on collaboration and team engagement, striving for a positive and motivating workplace cultureThe ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of the clinic, ensuring a seamless experience for both our clients and our dedicated team of veterinary professionals.About Your New RoleFull-time position managing the day-to-day operations of theclinicincluding stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client recordsLeading and developing our team and building a positive team cultureEnsuring that monthly KPI's are metDriving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiativesDelivering outstanding service and care to all patients and ownersNursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nursesAbout Your Skills & ExperienceCert IV in Veterinary NursingMinimum 2+years of experience in team management, with strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team membersAn extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing proceduresStrong communication and customer service skillsGood business acumen and organisational skillsExperience with Rx Works preferred but not essentialIf this sounds like you,Apply Nowwe want to hear from you We would love to show you our clinic and have you come and meet the team
