Your Future Role
New opportunity to join the GS HR Team as a high performance 'Training & Development Advisor'.

The ideal candidate will have Training experience within the Construction industry, and will work within our corporate office HR team taking practical actions to roll out the GS E&C Australia national training strategy to both head office and project locations.

This role allows someone to grow their Training experience through a diverse range of responsibilities and initiatives while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

More specifically you will be responsible for:
Training needs analysis and training planning at both macro (national/organizational/annual) and micro levels (classroom/course specific/individual lesson).
Needs analysis driven training program design that both meets regulatory requirements and serves as a driven for sustainable competency enhancement.
Training material development for both synchronous (online / offline) as well as asynchronous (e-learning, training/reference manuals) delivery using traditional presentation, as well as e-learning methods.
Training facilitation supported by appropriate technologies.
Training administration management (course scheduling, attendee management, competency tracking etc.).
Training vendor management and coordination.
HRIS learning module oversight and coordination.
Training evaluation as per the Kirkpatrick model.
Cultural initiative support.
Reporting (Regular & Ad-hoc).
About You
Minimum of 3 years Training experience.
Experience within the Construction Industry highly preferred.
Tertiary Education (Education / Communications / HR Related) and evidence of continued professional development.
Thorough understanding of training processes, education principles, theories and best practice.
Ability to moderate large or remote groups.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Conscientious with quality awareness and attention to detail.
Fluency with the standard MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
Proficiency with Articulate e-learning software.
