Queensland Health (Organisation site ( http://www.health.qld.gov.au/ ) )Community and Oral Health Directorate, North LakesProvide leadership and subject matter expertise within the Pharmacy multi-disciplinary team.Ensure safe and quality clinical practice by leading and operationally managing clinical pharmacy services throughout Community and Oral Health, ensuring the service operates effectively and meets patient and organisational needs.
Collaboration across the Hospital and Health Service to contribute to the strategic direction of pharmaceutical care at Community and Oral Health and Metro North community of practice level by applying knowledge, skills and experience that are recognised within the profession at an advanced level.
