Customer Delivery Representative

We're looking for a Customer Delivery Representative to join our Victorian Distribution Team.
Get hands on, with varied work and people who care As a Customer Delivery Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of our services.
Embracing hard work in a fast-paced environment, you'll be responsible for replenishing stock and making deliveries to Club Assist contractors and customers in Melbourne Metro.
This means you'll be on the ground assisting and visiting our customers based anywhere from Pakenham, Rosebud, Sunbury to Geelong and anywhere in between.
Working with a time-sensitive delivery schedule to meet customer demands, you'll: Deliver stock to all customers as per set runs in a timely mannerMaintain a regular service frequency to your entire customer baseEnsure all safety checks are completed dailyAccount for all money and stock movements on a daily basisReplace warranty claims as per the Club Assist procedureManage all stock in accordance with the Club Assist Stock on Hand PolicyEnsure that the relevant documentation is raised on each sale or customer visitTrusted hands: here's who we're looking for: Experience in a similar role or distributionYou're highly trustworthy and reliable.
You have a can-do attitude, and you love getting the job done rightCustomer service skills and the ability to build customer relationshipsYou're able to perform physical duties - this role requires regular lifting of batteries which have an average weight of 17kgYou have a current MR Truck Licence (minimum)You have good computer skills and close attention to detailYou're committed to upholding our Health, Safety and Environment standardsThe groundwork has been set for a motivated, hands-on, customer-focused superstar to be a part of a high-performing team.
