Consultants (Information & Communication Technology) Full time Our ClientAs a Change Lead, you'll be pivotal in ensuring organisational projects and initiatives hit their marks on time and within budget by championing people's adoption and use of change.
Your focus will be on the human element of change - getting your colleagues ready for transitions, backing them through the journey, and giving them the tools they need to embrace changes in business processes, systems and tech, job roles, and organisational structures.
Job RoleAs Change Lead partnering with PMO, you'll drive successful adoption of major organisational changes.
Your focus will be on:
Developing and executing change strategies for complex initiatives spanning technology implementations, process improvements, and structural changesWorking closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and deliveryCreating and delivering engaging communication plans that resonate with diverse stakeholder groupsAssessing change impacts and readiness across affected business areasEstablishing change champion networks and building change capability within the businessSupporting leaders through the change journey with coaching and practical toolsMeasuring adoption and benefits realisation to ensure sustainable changeAbout YouAs a change management professional, you'll have:
