The Opportunity:
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining existing customer sales as well as managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts.
You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience with our new, used and rental products and services.
Your goal will be to achieve sales targets, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team using a broad range of skills such as negotiation, project management, strategic planning, market analysis and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful individual with strong networking abilities and exceptional communication skills.
They should be adept at engaging with people at all levels, possess a solid technical aptitude, and have relevant experience in the earthmoving industry.

What we are looking for:
Proven experience in Sales within the Construction and Utility Equipment Industry or similar.
Ability to demonstrate product knowledge including mechanical and technical data.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
