We are a reputable Public Practice located in the Ballarat CBD, Victoria.

We provide quality service to a number of regionally based small and medium sized businesses in the area of tax compliance, business management services and superannuation.

The key duties for clients will include but not limited to:
Administration tasks using CAS360 ;BGL/CAS 360 - Produce ASIC company statements.
Monitor all CAS360 alerts.
Knowledge of ATO site administration processes Downloading NOA's from MYGov website.
Administration of Individual Tax returns - Produce letters; cover letters, engagement, substantiation document & ELD.
Raising of invoices.
Lodgment of returns.
Superannuation Funds Preparation of cover letters, invoicing, collation and binding of final (signed) copies, document delivery to clients.
Preparation and printing of client audit and engagement letters Administration tasks aligned with ASIC ;Maintain ASIC database for all clients, deregister of companies.
application of corporate keys, changes to company registers, etc.
General office duties including stationery orders, scanning of documents, filing .
To be successful in this role you will have:
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Products Confidence in dealing with various clients Pride in quality of work Team Player We are seeking a self-motivated person able to work autonomously in a very busy environment.

Wages will be negotiable commensurate with experience with an expected target range of $55,000 to $65,000 including super.
