& NZ) and reporting to the Sales Support Team Lead, you will enjoy building relationships across a diverse customer base including key accounts, distributors, workshops and general consumers.Your common-sense approach, can-do attitude, and willingness to learn and support the team as required will be critical to your success.Working proactively in a fast-paced work environment, you will:Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers (phone/email)Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyaltyManage inbound and outbound callsAdminister returns and goods requests with processing of required documentationHandle return stock (manual handling of product involved)Enter customer orders and resolve customer queries in a timely mannerMaintain product and technical knowledge on a regular basisWhat we are looking forA self-starter, who is outcome driven, takes great pride in providing excellent customer service.
