ResponsibilitiesDownloading the bank statement, entering & applying payments received to customer accounts for Wholesale and Diagnostics on a daily basisContacting customers to process credit cardsCollections of overdue accounts for Wholesale and DiagnosticsActioning multiple inboxesAttending monthly Wholesale and Diagnostic meetings with internal stakeholdersYou will be successful in this role if you have:High level of ability in effectively handling enquiries & disputesOutstanding attention to detailProactive with high volume outbound callsEnjoys clawing back debt and building rapport and long-lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersWe are offering: Competitive salary + SuperWork-life balance with hybrid (3 days in the office)Employee assistance programFriendly and supportive environmentFree premium coffee/tea, snacks, bread, fresh fruit, nuts, biscuit and many moreMonthly morning tea & social club activitiesFree onsite parkingQualifications: Tertiary qualifications in finance/accounting is desirable (not essential)
