Key Account Manager - Clinical Diagnostics / Pathology
The Opportunity
Immulab, a leader in Immunohaematology in Australia, is committed to delivering diagnostic confidence and improving patient safety.
Specialising in the manufacture and distribution of high-quality diagnostic products, we are supported by a team of expert blood bankers.
Immulab focuses on a range of IVDs, blood bank automation, OEM, and technical services.

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne.
This role plays a critical part in building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in clinical diagnostics and pathology across QLD, NSW, and NZ.
As a key member of the sales team, you'll lead strategic initiatives to position Immulab, a brand of Paragon Care, as the industry's preferred partner.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic account plans to increase depth and breadth of business within major accounts.
Drive revenue growth with a commercially focused approach.
Manage your territory independently, treating it as your own business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
About You:
Self-starter with a proven track record in sales.
Previous experience in clinical pathology, diagnostics, or a related field.
Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Ability to create win-win solutions that address customer needs.
Focused on driving business growth, revenue, and market share.

Additionally, we represent global brands in transfusion, transplant, hematology, microbiology, biochemistry, and molecular genetics.
