Project Officer

Contribute to the review and evaluation of projects Deliver strategic plans to internal stakeholders; previous project management experience is essential 3 month contract | Immediate start date | Close to public transport Join a not-for-profit health organization located in Melbourne CBD and be a part of the strategic delivery of better health outcomes across aged care.
The ability to analyze data, write evaluations and reviews, as well as develop relationships with stakeholders is crucial.
Key responsibilities: Writing reports, evaluations, and reviewsPlanning various phases of the project alongside stakeholdersConducting interviews and focus groups when requiredAnalyzing large volumes of data to provide insightMonitoring the progress of the project, recognizing barriers and issues, and suggesting and actioning agreed effective solutionsThe successful candidate will: Have previous liaison experience with government departments, not-for-profit, or educational organizationsHave previous experience working in either health or social care ideallyProven ability to write advanced documents including reviews, evaluations, or reportsDemonstrated experience in project management and ability to deliver desired outcomes to a particular deadlineEvidence of working on successful outcomes with a collaborative approach and ensuring participation and engagement in projectsExcellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and managing multiple deadlinesCulture & Benefits: Join this forward-thinking, collaborative, and engaging team whose focus is to improve community wellbeingFun social club and health and wellbeing activitiesPlease note you will need to obtain a police check and working with children's check for this role before commencing.
