We are seeking an experienced and capable Site Manager to join our fast-paced and energetic Construction team.
Expectations of the role: Lead and manage the Site Delivery of the projectOperate sites with a best-practice approach to Programme, Quality and SafetyManage and coach staff effectively, holding them accountable to ensure they are meeting their key deliverablesProactively address performance issues as they ariseDevelop and expand the knowledge of the site supervisory team on your project, including taking a lead mentoringManage the site construction activities to achieve the most productive use of available materials and construction resources (internal and external)Maintain overall quality assurance whilst ensuring building complianceMaintain and monitor all environmental site-specific issuesNotify the Project Manager of any issues likely to have a substantial impact on operationsMaintain professional relationships with all stakeholders - sub-contractors, relevant authorities, delegates and consultantsMonitor and mark up all programmes on a weekly basisManage day-to-day site control of projectConduct toolbox meetings, ensuring OH&S standards and quality standards are met at all timesCoordinating trades on-site and working alongside your PM to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operationsEnsure all standards of construction are monitored and maintainedMinimum Requirements: Minimum 10 years experience in ConstructionMinimum of 5 years experience Site Management / Supervision experience on Residential apartmentsStrong leadership, ability to work autonomouslyExperience in building residential apartments (minimum 5 years)Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organisation, time management and problem-solving skillsAn eagerness to be part of a team that strives to surpass expectations every timeA strong work ethicIn return we offer: An opportunity to work within a thriving businessExciting career progress for people with the right attitudeAn opportunity to work and grow with and learn from those who are the best in the game at building residential apartmentsA supportive team who will work with you to get the jobs done on time and on budget with the best possible qualityAn opportunity to work for a company who actually value you and your contribution and your input into the company, we will listen to your ideas and give you a chance to make improvements.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
