With a team of over 45 staff, Routleys are proud to provide support and consultation to their clients ensuring the best possible products and advice is provided for kitchen, bathroom and laundry solutions.
Their impressive and welcoming showroom and offices are based in a prime location on Unley Road.
About the Role As the Customer Service Leader - Trade, you will manage the trade customer service area and stock lines.
You will lead a small team of customer service consultants to always encourage high level customer service to a range of clients including residential builders, project managers, plumbers and direct retail customers.
Potentially being a client's final stop in their process with Routleys, leaving a lasting and positive impression is essential.
This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis with alternate Sunday afternoons required.
