HR Business Partner Join an established leader in the FMCG space as a HR Business Partner based in Sydney's Inner West
Inner West Location - 1 day WFH Circa $120,000 to $130,000 base plus superannuation
Hands on generalist role - with an L&D/ HR Projects lean About the Organisation: We are thrilled to be partnering with a well known FMCG based in Sydney's Inner West.

Reporting into a fantastic HR Manager, you will be partnering with your own dedicated client group where you will be responsible for providing hands on operational and coaching advice to the leaders and management teams across the employee life cycle.
About the Role: This opportunity will have a hands-on generalist focus, from onboarding to exit.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor within the blue collar industry to step into a HRBP role.
You will be responsible for but not limited to: Providing day-to-day support to the business across the employee lifecycle, including coaching managers through cyclical processes, including remuneration reviews, succession planning, and performance appraisals.
Managing ER cases end to end by ensuring procedural fairness and mitigating risk to the business.
Contribute to the enhancement of policies and procedures.
L&D - facilitating, designing & delivering any training, inductions & identifying training gaps within your portfolio.
About You: As the ideal candidate, you will be able to build trust & influence your key stakeholders within a blue/white collar mixed environment.
You will be hands on, happy to roll up your sleeves & support across all elements of HR.
To be successful in this role you will bring: 4 to 6 years' experience in a HR Generalist capacity A hands on approach & experience in a dynamic environment such as FMCG, Blue/white collar mixed environments Tertiary qualifications in HR or related disciplines would be advantageous Solid knowledge of Employee Relations including performance management, terminations, redundancies and grievances Excellent stakeholder relationship skills and the ability to influence as required A hands on approach & experience in a dynamic environment such as FMCG, Blue/white collar mixed environments This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands on HR Generalist/ junior HRBP seeking an end to end role
