Through our brands, Punthill Apartment Hotels and Veriu Hotels & Suites, we operate 25 hotels across Australia and have over 35 years of brand history.
Our ambitious plan to operate 80 hotels by 2030 becomes closer this year with numerous new hotel openings across the country, and this means we're well on our way to achieving our mission of becoming the largest Australian-owned apartment hotel operator.

Based at our brand new Corporate Office at 484 St Kilda Road, Melbourne In addition to our Veriu Perks, access our private & complimentary team gym Travel to your portfolio of hotels occasionally (as needed) Be part of a passionate and authentic collective of people with a hunger and determination to succeed Our Revenue team is the gateway to our success.
Over the past few years, it's their skills and experience that have enabled us to exceed expectations and push targets by thinking strategically, analytically and out-of-the-box.
As part of the team, you'll partner closely with Hotel Managers as the subject matter expert and tactfully manage the full revenue function for your hotels, ensuring that hotel strategies are aligned to our Group's strategy and goals.
You will also play a role in educating & upskilling Hotel Managers in all things revenue management.
You'll be accountable for:
Optimisation of key revenue metrics for allocated hotels Pricing strategy alignment to group framework Corporate mix growth for allocated hotels Long-term strategic revenue planning of allocated hotel's revenue Communication of revenue reports to key stakeholders New hotel set up and pre-opening revenue optimisation Our Veriu People have access to a wide range of perks, including:

Desired Skills and Experience About You
We work in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same, so we're looking for people who are adaptable, enjoy variety and operate with an ownership mindset.
The successful person must have:
Approved Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or a Visa with approved working rights) Demonstrated experience in a revenue management function (ideally 3+ years as Revenue Manager) Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships High standards of accuracy and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
