Business Admin Traineeship

Apprenticeships R Us is looking for a Trainee Service Advisor/Reception Admin for a car dealership in the Chullora, NSW area.
This role will combine on-the-job training whilst you work towards your Certificate III in Business qualification.
What is a Traineeship?
This 12 month paid traineeship will include hands on training alongside a skilled team of experts with structured learning in order to receive a Certificate III in Business .
Following this qualification will allow the opportunity of getting promoted after completion.
Some of your duties will include:
Answering phone calls and emails Running a reception area Determine if technical solutions can be resolved over the phone.
Accurately record issues and data into a Dealer Management System.
Conduct transactions; walk customer through process and provide a summary of the service.
Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer Follow up with customer on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed Essential Requirements:
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent resident Be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment Have a desire to learn Good communication skills If you are interested in the Automotive Industry and want a position where you will be paid to learn a role & get a qualification then APPLY NOW

Pay: $10.49 – $20.61 per hour
