Seamlessly integrated with the University's LMS, it empowers students and educators with intelligent, interactive, and efficient solutions for improved outcomes.
The Educational Innovation Team is seeking a Learning Technologist to support the ongoing development of this tool.
In this role, you will collaborate with academics, educational designers, and development teams to create, implement, and evaluate technology-informed learning experiences that enhance teaching and engagement.
You will also contribute to integrating cutting-edge technologies, including AI, to transform the University's approach to online, hybrid, and interactive learning.
Your key responsibilities will be to: Work closely with academics and educational developers to design engaging, technology-enabled learning experiences.
Support the use and integration of the University's Learning Management System and associated technologies.
Facilitate training sessions for staff to build expertise in educational technology applications.
Provide advice on policies and guidelines related to technology-enabled pedagogy.
Collaborate with technical and academic teams to develop innovative tools and resources for learning delivery.

We are looking for someone who has:
Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating technology-informed pedagogical innovations in tertiary education.
Expertise in creating engaging online and blended learning experiences, including the application of UI, UX, and LX principles.
Proficiency in educational technologies, including LMS platforms, generative AI, and tools such as Python, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong project management and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
A commitment to enhancing learning experiences through continuous innovation and technology adoption.
A relevant tertiary qualification and experience in technology-enabled education.
