As a Senior Officer, Admissions and Integrity, you will:
Act as a coach and work with team members to assess course and RPL applications against relevant entry requirements as determined with key stakeholders and complying with university policies and procedures.
Plan and prioritise work and critical activities appropriately and recognise barriers to achieving outcomes, find effective ways to deal with them and evaluate progress.
Consult a diverse range of stakeholders to clarify criteria for success.
Deliver effective and efficient solutions and select the most appropriate from the range of requirements or alternatives.
Engage in process improvement activities and adopt new ideas to improve services and processes related to admissions and integrity.
Provide technical, business and system process support to staff in Student Admissions and RPL based on stakeholder requirements.
To be successful, you'll have:
A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields.
An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Experience in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies and procedures.
Experience in operating in a high-pressure diverse environment, involving face to face, phone and written issues.
Experience with Student Management Systems.
