About this job... As a Project Site Supervisor, you will provide turnkey project solutions for on-site high voltage infrastructure.
Working with the projects team you will be leading and managing staff and contractors, tools, plant and equipment to deliver our project outcomes.
This role is based in Mackay QLD however project sites are varied and if successful you will ideally be living within the area of Mackay QLD and able to work away from home.
Attractive living away from home remuneration will be offered.
You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to be considered.
Key responsibilities include: Managing and coordinating employees and subcontractors Understanding project scope and deliverables, arranging all resources, materials and plant to achieve outcomes Maintaining planned work schedules Maintaining key customer relationships through regular communication and reporting, relating to progress of works on site Monthly project reporting Ensure site WHS systems and compliance Previous project engineering or project management experience An electrical trade or electrical engineering background Self-motivation and always striving for excellence Exceptional communication skills Strong time management and organisational skills Excellent computer proficiency, including MS Office programs in particular Excel Tunnelling, mining and/or heavy industry experience Must be able to work away from home We can offer you
