As Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to drive sales to achieve growth objectives across both new and existing customers.
You will play a crucial part in the commercial growth strategy, overseeing the development and execution of strategic account plans to enhance client engagement and pipeline management.
In the role, you'll take ownership of one of our largest customer accounts where you'll enhance satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and identify growth opportunities.
You'll also grow our customer base across ANZ, focusing on opportunities with other out-of-hospital care providers nationally.
You'll have the opportunity to:Drive the achievement of new and existing sales targets, ensuring effective management of the sales pipeline and closing of opportunities.Develop and execute strategic account plans for key accounts to optimise engagement and revenue growth.Ensure accurate management of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.Lead and coordinate tender responses, ensuring timely and high-quality proposal submissions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic sales objectives and marketing initiatives.Build and maintain effective relationships with customer stakeholders, understanding their needs to identify new business opportunities.Contribute to the company's pricing strategy and ensure alignment with sales and marketing ratios.Regularly track and forecast pipeline value, monitoring against established targets.What you'll bring to the role:Proven experience in account management and business development within a software, hardware, or technology services environment.Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement account plans.Proficiency in CRM and sales pipeline management tools.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple accounts and sales processes.Strong commercial acumen and the ability to contribute to pricing and commercial strategies.Effective communication and negotiation skills to drive successful client engagements.Analytical mindset to assess market trends and inform strategic decision-making.Why Corvanta?With a team who are truly dedicated and passionate about what they do, Corvanta understands the impact ambulance services providers have on people's lives.
