We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator who has exceptional organisational skills and is eager to roll up their sleeves and assist the management team in our busy store
Position: Operations Coordinator Location: Cammeray, NSW
Key Responsibilities: Drive the seamless operations of our dynamic store, ensuring it runs like clockwork. Strategically manage inventory to always keep our shelves stocked with fresh, appealing products. Optimise staff scheduling to ensure a lively, efficient customer service experience. Uphold and enhance store procedures to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with suppliers to maintain a continuous supply of the freshest products. Maintain rigorous standards of health and safety to guarantee a clean and inviting shopping environment. Handle payroll responsibilities, ensuring all staff are compensated accurately and on time. Oversee administrative tasks, maintaining order and efficiency behind the scenes. Requirements: Well-suited position for someone who has experience working in a senior supervisory position within food retail or administrative role within this field. Exceptional organisational skills and a knack for effective leadership. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office and other operational software. Experience processing payroll and entering rosters. Capable of juggling multiple tasks with a sharp eye for detail.
