We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Dentist to join our well-established practice, DB Dental Mandurah.
About DB Mandurah We are a large very busy 5 chair dental practice with OPG & intra-oral cameras and a well-established patient following.
You'll be joining a supportive team environment, alongside 4 other associate dentists and an in-house prosthetist.

About the Role As the Lead Dentist, you'll motivate and empower your team to deliver the highest level of care and service, with a compassionate nature that puts patients at ease.
Leading by example, you'll combine dental excellence with superior interpersonal skills to ensure your team performs optimally, the practice meets objectives, and every patient receives a wholly positive experience.
Skills & Experience You have: 8+ years' experience working as a Dentist in Australia, with high clinical skills and standardsPrevious Leadership and Mentoring Experience DesirableCurrent unconditional AHPRA registrationAn appropriate qualification recognised by the Dental Board of AustraliaCurrent professional indemnity insuranceYou are: An organised problem-solver with a strong work ethicA team player with the ability to manage and coach othersOpen-minded, empathetic and understandingHighly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentationWhat We Offer Modern practice with the latest dental technologies and equipment - OPG & intra-oral camerasCompetitive 42% commission + Annual Bonus + Relocation AllowancePractise alongside a well-established, experienced clinician & staff teamFun, supportive culture that loves to celebrate achievements, special holidays, birthdays, anniversaries etc with morning teas & themed daysCPD & training courses through our exclusive 'NDC Academy' course platformClinical & social event opportunities throughout the year with experienced dentists across our DB Dental networkAbout DB Dental / National Dental Care Founded in 2013, National Dental Care started with just four dental practices in Brisbane.
