About
One Can Grow: One Can Grow is an educational not-for-profit organisation focused on personal development and social impact.
We're launching an exciting new platform that helps young people understand themselves and others better.
Key Details: Duration: January to April 2025 (3 months) Commitment: Minimum 2 days per week in-office + flexible remote hours Location: Premier startup hub in Sydney CBD Start Date: Immediate positions for the right candidates Special Opportunity: Lead our O-Week campaign (10-28 Feb) Future-Ready Skills You'll Gain:

Digital Product Development: Hands-on experience in tech product launches
Growth Marketing: Data-driven user acquisition strategies
Community Management: Building and scaling digital communities
User Research: Understanding user behaviour and feedback
Event Strategy: Campus activation and engagement
Project Management: Agile methodologies and tools

Programme Timeline:

January: Product testing, early community building
February: Uni O-Week campaigns
March-April: Growth initiatives and strategy development

What You'll Do:

Lead community engagement initiatives
Test and shape product features
Design growth strategies
Manage O-Week activities
Conduct user research
Create engaging content
