Our client is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Consultant to join their team in Melbourne.

As a Customer Service Consultant, your primary role will be to provide support to the Contact Centre Manager.
You will handle a wide variety of requests and consultations with clients currently using or investigating our services.
Your excellent communication skills will be utilised as you act as the first point of contact for clients contacting us.
Provide excellent customer service to all clients and stakeholders Manage intake of new referrals into service Maintain professional relationships with clients, their representatives and carers Inbound and outbound calling Maintain office systems and documentation What you bring:
As a Customer Service Consultant, you bring valuable experience in communicating effectively and maintaining professional relationships with a diverse range of people.
Your excellent verbal and written communication skills are complemented by your experience in the aged care sector across relevant service types.
Experience working in a customer service based position Experience in aged care sector across relevant service types Well-developed time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively Experience in administration, client management, database and finance systems What sets this company apart:
