Our dealership, Meltrac in Terang, is looking for our next star Service Advisor.About the role:As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our Terang dealership, working directly with our valued customers, delivering premium service.
Reporting to the Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate services, and securing bookings.Coordinating service appointments, managing workshop schedules, and arranging parts and sublet services.Communicating with technicians and customers to ensure on-time delivery and a seamless customer service experience.Handling customer inquiries and resolving any concerns with professionalism and efficiency.Invoicing and closing out repair orders in a timely manner.Our customers are our top priority, and you will be instrumental in delivering the quality service and support they deserve.Preferred skills and experience:A people person with outstanding communication skills.Detail-oriented and highly organized with a talent for multi-tasking.A great problem solver, thriving under pressure.A team player who values collaboration and positivity.Experienced in the operations of a busy dealership and workshop.Highly computer literate and a quick learner - DMS experience preferred.On offer:Full-time, permanent role.Competitive salary with monthly bonus system.On-site parking.Supportive, friendly team and work environment.Melbourne Tractors believes that our employees are our greatest asset
