Pinnacle People is seeking a Function Coordinator for a role that combines on-site event coordination with office-based administrative responsibilities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: On-Site Function Coordination:Oversee the execution of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to the client's expectations.Serve as the primary contact during events, addressing client needs and resolving issues in real-time.Coordinate on-site staff, manage event schedules, and ensure all logistical requirements are met.Office-Based Administration:Manage event bookings, maintain schedules, and handle general administrative duties.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event preparation and execution.Client and Team Communication:Act as a liaison between clients and the team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of event requirements.Provide exceptional customer service, handling client feedback and inquiries professionally.What We're Looking For: Proven experience in event coordination or a related field.Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to work on-site at functions and in an office environment.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.A valid driver's licence.Ability to provide a current police check (completed within past 12 months) or willingness to obtain one.A positive attitude and professional presentation.A valid RSA or willing to obtain.Australian citizenship or permanent residency.Why Join Us?
