This pivotal role requires a strong leader to drive sales growth, manage day-to-day operations, and create a customer-centric environment. You will play a critical role in fostering a high-performing team while ensuring operational excellence and meeting sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Leadership: Take ownership of the overall performance of the Leichhardt branch, leading operations to exceed sales targets and drive profitability.Sales & Customer Relationships: Develop and execute strategies to grow trade sales, enhance customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service. Instill a customer-first approach, ensuring that every interaction is honest and transparent.Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of truck drivers and trade sales specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
