We're passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients and are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing team.Role Overview: We're seeking a Sales Specialist with a knack for identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
Your primary focus will be closing deals with clients for our grants and incentives service.Key Responsibilities:Lead Qualification: Proactively reach out to potential clients to qualify leads, ensuring they meet the criteria for various grants, incentives, and financial services.Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing the deal.Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with their goals.Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition for clients to our service teams.Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with other sales-related tasks as required, contributing to the overall success of the sales department.Compensation:Base Salary: $60,000 per annum.Incentives: Attractive commission structure, offering substantial earning potential on successful deal closures.Training & Support:Comprehensive Training: Full training will be provided to ensure you have the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in this role.Ongoing Support: Continuous support from our experienced team to help you navigate and excel in the sales process.Cross-Industry Relevance: Skills from other sales positions, such as B2B sales, account management, and consultative selling, are highly applicable and will be beneficial in this role.Requirements:Phone Sales Expertise: You've mastered the art of closing deals over the phone, with a track record that speaks for itself—especially in navigating complex financial or incentive-based products.Persuasive Communicator: Your words are your tools; you know how to engage, influence, and convert prospects into loyal clients with ease.Hunter Mentality: You're not just meeting targets—you're smashing them.
