In this pivotal role, you'll empower our sales team by managing order processing, facilitating client communication, and providing exceptional support that ensures our customers thrive in the hospitality industry.
You'll have the chance to analyse sales data, create impactful proposals, and collaborate with various departments to resolve any challenges that arise.

Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, pricing and fulfilling client requests.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information and transactions.
Generate sales reports and provide analysis to help identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Assisting in sales proposals, contract and customer presentations.
Resolve any issues related to product availability, shipment, or customer concerns, while collaborating with relevant departments.
Skills, Experience & Attributes
2+ years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A customer-first attitude with a keen eye for detail.
