This is a temporary role with a contract running from ASAP until 31/01/2025, offering a hybrid working model.
Key Details:
Location: Doncaster (Hybrid split)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
Contract: Temporary, 3-month duration
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role: As the Payroll Administrator, you will be a key service driver, ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate payroll services. You will also provide responsive customer service to employees and agencies, ensuring compliance with legislative and industrial agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll adjustments, taxation, superannuation, and related records in line with policies.
Administer WorkCover payments in collaboration with Health and Safety teams.
Handle redundancy and termination payments as per industrial agreements.
Act as the first point of contact for payroll inquiries, providing advice and assistance to both internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working within a large, complex payroll function, ideally in an award-based environment.
Proven ability to accurately prepare, enter, and process payroll data.
Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in payroll systems (time & attendance), and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Experience using the Chris21 Payroll System.
A current Victorian Driver Licence is required.
