As the National HR Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative and effective HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Your expertise in People & Culture, ER, and IR will be instrumental in supporting our leadership team and employees, ensuring a positive and productive workplace.
Responsibilities:Contribute to strategic planning for the companyReview & revise HR systems, policies and procedures including reporting methodologies if neededDevelop and manage annual Performance Review ProgramAdvise management of legal obligations regarding HR issues such as termination, redundancies and award interpretationMaintain confidentiality of executive positions and other staff wherever possibleOversee the company payroll functionRegularly maintain HR records and filingOversee payroll outsource functionImplement and manage company communicationsEnhance and nurture company culture and valuesImplement and manage Training/Learning and Development ProgramProvide HR Management across the National businessBe available for interstate travel and support for branchesOversee risk management and OH & STo be successful in the role you will:Proven experience in HR, ER, and IR within a medium to large organization including EBA negotiationsStrong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirementsExceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsA strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsTertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors (advantageous)Sound interpersonal and team skills, both written and verballyInfluencing skillsOrganisational, time management and prioritising skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityBasic knowledge and understanding of payroll processes and WorkCoverExcellent technical skillsIf you're ready to bring your expertise in HR, ER, and IR to a national manufacturing leader, we'd love to hear from you
