This Australian company provides premium services in national road express specialised transportation and supply chain services.
They are respected and renowned for their strong company values and inclusive culture.
The role will be based onsite at their Derrimut operation before it relocates to Tullamarine next year.
The successful candidate needs to be comfortable travelling to both these locations.

Competitive salary of up to $150K + SuperEnter the business at an exciting time of change which you will help leadA 'hands on' opportunity to make a real impact to how the business operates and engages their peopleLearn from an extremely experienced and well regarded CHROAbout the role : Responsible for overseeing the HR function of the group of business unitsWorking closely with the CHRO to deliver on business goals from an HR perspective and meet the Key Results Areas (KRAs)Implementing strategies, policies and programs including performance reviews, management, employee engagement, and remuneration & benefitsTalent Acquisition and Management across the business, including driving a strong employer brand in the marketCollaborate with Senior Managers and provide HR adviceTrain Managers on how to handle people issues effectivelyUse HR data to drive decision making and improve strategiesEnsure all regulatory requirements are met for compliance and safetyLead and mentor the HR team - currently this role has one direct reportBased onsite 5 days / week this role is pivotal in building and maintaining the company cultureAbout you : You will have proven leadership experience in an HR Management role with a minimum of 3 years leading a team, and 5+ years in Human ResourcesGiven the environment and industry our preference is someone who's had recent experience within a blue collar business - ideally transport, logistics, manufacturing or constructionYou enjoy the operational side to HR.
Initially this role will be 75% operations and 25% strategicYou can illustrate how you've affected positive change in an organisation, brought successful innovations, ideas and taken initiativeDegree qualification majoring in Human ResourcesNext Steps : Enjoy what you do EVERY day
