The role will require proven experience successfully growing in a local market and would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment, whilst being truly passionate about sales and best in class customer service.
About the Role As the State Manager you will lead a diverse and dynamic team, driving excellence in retail operations and enhancing the customer journey.
Your strategic insights will help grow the local market while aligning with national expansion goals and you will be rewarded well.
Core Responsibilities Design and develop a go to market Sales and Marketing strategy to maximize an amazing market share opportunity Lead, train and inspire a team of specialists, fostering growth and innovation Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless processes Analyse market conditions to capitalise on sales opportunities Implement commercial acumen that drives profitability Drive optimal management of processes and workflow What's in it for you?
