As their portfolio expands, they seek a visionary Multi State Manager to oversee operations and ensure each boutique reflects their legacy of style and excellence.The Role:Provide strategic leadership across 20 boutiques, driving profitability, operational excellence, and a cohesive vision.Inspire and mentor store managers, fostering a positive culture and ensuring alignment with the brand's high standards.Oversee operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and achieving sales KPIs.As Multi State Manager, you'll act as the pivotal connection between the General Manager and your team of store managers.
Your leadership will drive operational efficiency and inspire a collaborative and results-focused culture.
