About the roleAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Manager to join the team at Lansvale Motor Group in Prestons, NSW.
As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the workshop and service operations, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality customer service.
We are a multi-franchise dealership and Service Centre representing a growing portfolio of 4 brands including GWM, LDV, Mahindra, and MG.
What you'll be doing Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.Oversee a team of skilled technicians and ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.Liaise with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the service provided.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workshop productivity and customer experience.Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability.Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards.Participate in the development and implementation of the company's service strategy.What we're looking for Significant experience as a Service Manager or equivalent role within the automotive industry.Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Relevant qualifications in automotive technology or a related field.ERA/ERA Net/Power Experience – highly regarded.What we offerAt Lansvale Motor Group, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
