Service Manager

Mobile Crane Division of Liebherr Australia is seeking an experienced, professional and customer focussed Service Manager.
Based in our Erskine Park branch and reporting to National Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day service operations and will lead an experienced team servicing our customers throughout NSW.
This dynamic role is suited for someone with experience in the crane, heavy vehicle, or fleet maintenance industry.
Key Responsibilities Manage Service team and workload.
Provide advice and guidance to technicians and customers.
Manage financial responsibilities for the Service department.
Maintain and develop long-standing professional relationships with new and existing customers.
Coordination of warranty and product improvement works.
Coaching and development of Service Team.
Ensure behaviour is consistent with business values and expectations.
About you Technical experience with Liebherr Mobile Cranes an advantage but not essential.
Proven experience in a mechanical repair and service environment.
Previous management or team leadership experience.
Trade qualifications in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
Flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
