Maintenance Coordinator (Mechanical) Power Generation About the role
Zenith Energy is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator (Mechanical) to join our team in Rivervale, WA.
In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Hybrid and Thermal Power Stations mechanical systems and assets.
The right candidate will organise a team of skilled mechanical field service technicians and resources to ensure the safe and timely completion of maintenance tasks on Zenith's power generating stations.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate and schedule all mechanical maintenance activities, including planned and reactive maintenance Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors to prioritise and execute maintenance tasks Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and asset performance Identify and implement strategies to improve the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems Assist in the development and optimisation of maintenance plans and procedures Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to mechanical maintenance Provide technical support and guidance to the operations team as needed What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a mechanical maintenance coordination or similar role Strong understanding of mechanical systems, maintenance best practices, and asset management principles Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in using maintenance management software and data analysis tools Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve issues Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is highly desirable What we offer
