The Careers Team Leader plays a pivotal role in engaging, inspiring, educating, and empowering Salesian College students as they transition from school to further education, training, or employment.
This role integrates leadership, innovation, and strategic planning to shape a comprehensive and future-focused career development program.
The Careers Team Leader is responsible for leading a team in the development and delivery of a structured and dynamic careers curriculum and services, fostering industry and community partnerships, and promoting a culture of lifelong career development.
By harnessing student interests and capabilities, the Careers Team Leader ensures students are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to navigate their career paths successfully.
