Electrical Site Engineer

ROBAR Group is a civil construction business that specializes in the delivery of Complex Civil Infrastructure with a national footprint.
ROBAR Personnel, the employing entity manages and maintains the resource pool for the group.
In this role, the Electrical Site Engineer will assist the Project Team to successfully deliver renewable infrastructure projects by ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget with a particular focus on a high standard of project execution.The role is a Full Time position, initially Western Australia based but longer term will be dependant on project location.
Duties will include but are not limited to: Supporting the project team and engaging with clients to manage the project life cycle Have input managing electrical installations on the project Input on project resource requirements (People, budget, assets, contractors) Ensuring all client relationships are maintained professionally Monitor performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates Reporting and mitigating performance issues Produce regular project updates Compile and present project QA and compliance documentation in accordance with the Integrated Management System Skills and Experience: Tertiary Qualification in Electrical Engineering Proven Experience with Electrical works on Civil Construction Projects Minimum 2 years relevant experience Excellent client relationship management Willingness to explore and develop within the role, strong interest in career progression Why join ROBAR Group?
