Senior E&I Supervisor

Monadelphous are seeking an experienced Senior E&I Supervisor to join our PNG Operations team, based on site in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO 4:4 roster.
Reporting to the Site Manager, this high-paced position will lead the E&I Supervisors and wider team through the planning, coordination, and execution of E&I activities.
This position will also be responsible for ensuring all electrical/instrumentation work and associated documentation is compliant with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements, as well as the quality, production, and environmental requirements of the project are met.
What you will bringDemonstrable experience as a Senior E&I Supervisor/Superintendent in the Oil & Gas sectorCert III in Electro Technology, Cert III in Instrumentation, EEHA Certification, and a current Australian Electrical LicenseProven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate othersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlinesProven track record of maintaining a safe working environmentExperienced in managing multiple stakeholders, both client and internalExperience with successfully planning and preparing a running portfolio of works (Manning, job readiness, mobilisation, etc.
