The Role: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and manage our relationships with key financial services clients predominantly from the Life Insurance and Reinsurance sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction with our Software as a Service (Saa S) solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, managing and strengthening the relationship with the client and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Develop and implement account plans that align with the client's business goals and objectives, ensuring they are aware of new product releases, upgrades, and relevant services.
Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including product development, finance, and professional services to deliver on client needs and resolve any issues.
Work closely with project teams to understand customer dynamics, and identify opportunities based on day to day project engagement.
Provide expert guidance to clients on the best use of our software solutions, including introducing new modules and roadmap features.
Be accountable for governance protocols with each client, and identify and communicate any potential risks or issues related to customer satisfaction, budgets, retention, or contract renewals.
Monitor market trends and competition to stay current on industry developments, and collaborate with the product and sales teams to identify new product opportunities.
Proactively identify and manage opportunities for contract renewals and new sales with assigned accounts.
Support the Sales teams with new business (new logo) opportunities.
Requirements: The Account Manager will play a vital role in the success of our company, fostering long-term relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in account management with experience in Saa S and/or life insurance or reinsurance industry highly regarded.
Proven track record of achieving KPIs and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with customers and internal teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
To qualify for this role, you must currently live in Australia and have a full Australian work visa.
